This product belongs to armored structure, which is composed of two parts: cabinet body and handcart.
The transverse body adopts sheet structure, assembled structure, and the material is selected with imported aluminum zinc plate or high-quality cold rolled steel plate. The cabinet is divided into handcart room, relay room, cable room, main busbar room and small busbar room, and each compartment is tightly separated by metal steel plate or aluminum zinc plate. In addition to the small bus outside, the rest of the room has no separate pressure release channel, when the internal failure occurs, the upper cover plate automatically opens the pressure relief. The valve is made of metal aluminum plate. After the valve is closed, a locking device is provided. The valve can be automatically closed when the hand car is in the test position. The current sensing in the cabinet is integrated with the contact box. The height of the primary cable head is >600mm. A reliable mechanical structure interlocking device is used between the handcar and the ground switch and the back door to meet the "five defenses" requirements proposed by the Ministry of Energy. The ground switch adopts JN15-35 type product with opening and closing ability, manual operation mode.
The handcart adopts the completion-type structure, which is welded by the steel plate, and the circuit breaker adopts the integrated structure. The push mechanism of the hand car adopts worm gear and worm shake into the mechanism, the operation is light and flexible.
